Rahul is a seasoned IP Professional with 15 years of experience working closely with senior litigators on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation. He has advised clients on more than 100 technology cases cumulatively resulting in over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts, including cases where he has testified at deposition or through expert reports. His opinions on emerging technologies and the latest intellectual property trends have previously been featured in Forbes, Inquisitr and IPWatchdog. His exceptional work has been widely recognized in the IP industry. He has recently been named the world's top IP strategist by IAM Strategy 300, 2022.

Purva specializes in analyzing patents and products in consumer electronics, software and telecommunications industry.​ For over 12 years, she has been working with small businesses and large corporations to handle multi-million dollar projects in software, telecommunications, media and travel-related websites. At Copperpod, Purva heads business development, marketing and HR processes.

Chandan provides procedural advice and assistance to the attorneys and corporations in connection with matters related to patent infringement and IP litigation. He has worked in patent search and analytics domain for 9 years and has worked extensively on providing patent strategy solutions to Fortune 50 corporations.

GAGANDEEP SINGH

Manager

Gagandeep advises clients on infringement investigations related to electronics, telecommunications and software. Using his unique experience in both operations and strategy, Gagan helps translate technical analysis into actionable insights for clients. He also heads Copperpod's data-intensive research and analytics. Prior to joining Copperpod, Gagandeep served as faculty at Panjab University, where he taught several undergraduate Electrical Engineering courses for 7 years.
