About the role:
We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and initiate contacts with potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.

Prepare and present business proposals, including financial projections and other relevant information.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Provide ongoing support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think creatively and outside the box.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies.
