Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab

 

Reports to: Manager, Business Development

 

About the role:

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate contacts with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, including financial projections and other relevant information.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and generate repeat business.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies.
